Product Type
All products sold on Voicey Audio are digital products, including but not limited to vocal presets, vocal chains, mastering presets, audio tools, digital bundles, downloadable files and related digital content.
Products are delivered digitally through instant download, email delivery, customer account access or another digital delivery method after successful payment.
No physical product is shipped.
Digital Delivery and Immediate Access
By purchasing a digital product from Voicey Audio, the customer acknowledges that the product may be made available immediately after payment.
Because our products are digital files and can be downloaded, accessed, copied or used immediately, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
Under EU consumer protection rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once the performance has begun, provided that the customer has given express consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the digital delivery has started.
For this reason, when a customer purchases from Voicey Audio and receives immediate access to the digital product, downloads the files, opens the download link, accesses the product or otherwise starts using the digital content, the order becomes final and is not eligible for withdrawal or refund due to change of mind.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed or made available to the customer.
We do not offer refunds for:
change of mind after purchase;
accidental purchase;
failure to read the product description;
choosing the wrong DAW or software version;
lack of compatibility caused by the customer’s own setup, software, plugins or device;
inability to use the product due to missing required third-party plugins, software or DAW version;
dissatisfaction based on personal taste, vocal style, recording quality or mixing preferences;
duplicate downloads after the product has already been delivered.
Exception – Technical Issues
We want every customer to receive and use the product correctly.
If there is a real technical issue with the files, such as a corrupted download, missing files, wrong download link or delivery problem, please contact us and we will review the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may provide one or more of the following solutions:
resend the download link;
replace the corrupted or missing files;
provide technical instructions;
send the correct available version;
offer an alternative digital product at our discretion.
A refund may be considered only if the digital product has not been downloaded, accessed, opened, delivered or used, or where required by applicable consumer law.
Wrong DAW or Wrong Version Purchase
If you accidentally purchased a preset for a different DAW or software version than the one you use, we may consider helping you by sending the correct available version, where possible.
For example, if you purchased a Studio One version but you need a Waves version, we may review your request and provide a suitable replacement if available.
Please note that, because these are digital products, automatic refunds or guaranteed exchanges are not provided. Each request is reviewed case by case.
Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing, the customer is responsible for checking:
the product description;
the DAW compatibility;
the required plugins or software;
the product format;
the included files;
the system requirements;
whether the product is suitable for their setup.
If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your setup, please contact us before purchasing.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If a customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving, downloading or accessing a digital product, Voicey Audio reserves the right to provide evidence of the digital delivery, including order details, download/access information, customer communications and acceptance of the digital product terms.

We usually review requests as quickly as possible and aim to provide a practical solution when the issue is genuine and verifiable.
Electronic Withdrawal Requests – EU Customers
Where required by EU law, EU customers may submit a withdrawal request through the available electronic withdrawal function on our store or by contacting us by email.
Submitting a withdrawal request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
If the purchased product is digital content and the customer has already received, downloaded, accessed or started using the digital product after giving consent to immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal, the request may be rejected in accordance with the applicable rules for digital content.
